Terms of Service Invisible Contracts Audit

The Service

The Invisible Contracts Audit is a 60-minute one-on-one coaching call session provided by Melissa of Finding My Fierce. Purchase includes a required pre-session intake form and a written summary delivered within 48 hours of the completed session. This is a coaching service, not a medical, therapeutic, psychological, or clinical service of any kind.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time may be forfeited at the discretion of Finding My Fierce.

Refunds

Refunds are available if requested before the session takes place. Once the session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. If a technical issue on our end prevents the session from being completed, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional. By purchasing this service you confirm that you understand this distinction.

Confidentiality

What you share in your session and in your intake form is kept strictly confidential. Finding My Fierce will not share your personal information or session content with any third party except where required by law.

Your Information

By completing the intake form you consent to Finding My Fierce retaining your responses for the purpose of delivering the service. Your information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
