Nutrient Rich Banana Peel Tea
I made this unusual tea when I started my health journey of whole food and resistance training. The exhaustion levels were off the charts but I couldn’t sleep because of jumpy, restless legs. As a holistic health coach, I’m trained in healing with food, so I naturally reached for the old faithful of potassium and magnesium, bananas. This is a simple, zero-waste nighttime brew made by simmering banana peels to release natural nutrients like potassium magnesium. Designed to soothe restless legs, support muscle recovery, and ease exhaustion, it's a cozy evening ritual, especially when paired with a cinnamon stick.
