SERVINGS: 2 | Start to finish: 10 minutes

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp (1.5 g) salt

  • ¼ tsp (0.5 g) ground black pepper

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp (30 g) plain Greek yogurt


How to Make This

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to combine.

  2. Whisk the olive oil and Greek yogurt into the garlic-vinegar mixture and continue to stir vigorously for about 30 seconds for the oil to emulsify.

  3. Serve.

For the Dressing
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or real mayonnaise
