Creamy Garlic Dressing
This Creamy Garlic dressing comes together quickly with Greek yogurt, fresh garlic, and olive oil blended into a creamy, savory base. The flavor is sharp, balanced, and versatile. Ingredients:

SERVINGS: 2 | Start to finish: 10 minutes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp (1.5 g) salt
¼ tsp (0.5 g) ground black pepper
3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp (30 g) plain Greek yogurt
How to Make This
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to combine.
Whisk the olive oil and Greek yogurt into the garlic-vinegar mixture and continue to stir vigorously for about 30 seconds for the oil to emulsify.
Serve.
