This Creamy Garlic dressing comes together quickly with Greek yogurt, fresh garlic, and olive oil blended into a creamy, savory base. The flavor is sharp, balanced, and versatile. Ingredients:

SERVINGS: 2 | Start to finish: 10 minutes

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp (1.5 g) salt

  • ¼ tsp (0.5 g) ground black pepper

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp (30 g) plain Greek yogurt

 

How to Make This

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to combine.

  2. Whisk the olive oil and Greek yogurt into the garlic-vinegar mixture and continue to stir vigorously for about 30 seconds for the oil to emulsify.

  3. Serve.

Whisk up a batch of creamy, homemade garlic dressing with Greek yogurt, fresh garlic and olive oil and drizzle over any lettuce you have on hand for a quick side salad without the added sugar and preservatives found in bottled salad dressings.

Ingredients

For the Dressing
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon each salt and ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or real mayonnaise

Instructions

Make the Dressing
